Here's the skinny: You'll want to join us for the annual QAE PTSA auction—a far-out night that will make a huge difference in the lives of our children, while celebrating everything that makes QAE so special.

This year we're doing it in style with a groovy 70s theme! Costumes optional but encouraged!

You’ll be part of a stellar group of people rallying around the kids to provide them with social-emotional learning, reading and math specialists, supplies, and so much more (see the PTSA fundraising page to learn more about the programs we fund).

There will be a silent auction, a live auction, dancing and a slammin' celebrity auctioneer: John Curley!

The timeline will be:

5:00 - 6:30PM: Check-in
5:00 - 6:45PM: Silent auction and cocktail hour
7:00 - 9:00PM: Dinner and live auction
9:00 - ?? : Dancing!

Also stay tuned for the online auction catalog; we'll announce when bidding is open.

It'll be out of sight.

Ticket sales are now closed. Thank you for your support and see you on March 10th!

Frequently Asked Questions
Still have questions? You may find the answers here:

What is the QAE Auction?

The auction is our biggest fundraiser--and biggest party--of the year! It's a chance for families, teachers, staff and neighbors to come together for a night of dinner, dancing, community-building, and celebrating our wonderful school.

Who can come to the auction?

Anyone who loves our school! In addition to QAE families and staff, neighbors, friends and extended family are welcome to purchase tickets to attend the celebration. Please note that the auction is an adults-only event.

How can I purchase tickets? Are there pricing options?

Tickets were available on the auction website through March 1st. Sales are now closed, thank you for your support! We've included multiple price tiers to enable everyone to join the fun. Teachers and staff can even attend for free! All tickets include two drinks during cocktail hour and a buffet dinner.

What if I don't want to bid on auction items?

That's okay, just come and eat dinner, dance your heart out, and connect with other members of our amazing QAE community.

Do I have to wear 70s attire?

Leisure suits and platform shoes are certainly encouraged, but not required. Wear what you'd like, and come join the party.

What happens to the money we raise?

The money raised at the auction helps support many things, including reading specialists, classroom tutors, PE equipment, community events such as Bingo Night and Culture Night, Islandwood, the Academy of Superheros, and so much more. A more complete list of PTSA-supported programs can be found here.
